【摘要】 目的　探讨善宁在轻型胰腺炎、重症急性胰腺炎不同应用方式的临床效果。 方法　将 2 0 0 0年11月～ 2 0 0 2年 2月经治的轻型胰腺炎 86例 ,随机分为A1组 ,A2 组应用 8～ 11d ,其他治疗相同。重症胰腺炎 2 6例随机分为B1组 ,B2 组应用 14～ 18d ,其他治疗相同。对轻型胰腺炎A1、A2 组观察腹痛、肠功能、轻型转重症 ;对重症胰腺炎B1、B2 组观察继发感染、器官功能衰竭、死亡率。 结果　 在轻型胰腺炎A1(皮下注射 ) ,A2 (持续静脉注射 )对比观察中 ,比较腹痛缓解、肠功能恢复、轻型转重症等有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。在重症胰腺炎B1(静脉注射 ) ,B2 (脾动脉持续注射 )对比观察中 ,比较器官衰竭、继发感染、死亡率无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ,P >0 .0 5 ,P >0 .0 5 )。 结论　善宁在治疗轻、重症胰腺炎方面具有显著作用。但由于使用方式不同 ,治疗结果将有一定差异 ,故应引起重视更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the clinical results of sandostatin in slight and severe pancreatitis.Methods From November 2000 to February 2002,86 patients with slight pancreatitis were divide into group A 1 and group A 2. The sandostatin was used 8-11days in group A 2.26 cases of severe panceatitis were divided into group B 1 and group B 2.The sandostatin used 14～18 days.Abdominal pain relaxation,gastrointestinal function recovery and slight changing for more severe type in groups A 1 and A 2 of slight pancreatitis,and secondary infection,failure of organs function and mortality rate in group B 1 and B 2 of severe panceatitis were observed.Results Group A 1 of slight pancreatitis was compared with group A 2.There is obvious difference among abdominal pain relaxation,gastrointestinal function recovery and slight changing for more severe type (P<0.01,P<0.01 and P<0.05 separately).Group B 1 of severe panceatitis was compared with group B 2,there is no difference among secondary injection,failure of organs function and mortality rate (P>0.05,P>0.05 and P>0.05 separately).Conclusion Sandostatin plays an important role in treatment of slight and severe panceatitis.There are some difference in therapeutic results due to the different way of using it.更多还原
