【摘要】 目的　探讨吲哚美辛 (IMC)对门静脉高压症术后患者免疫功能的影响。 方法　 将 4 7例患者随机分为应用吲哚美辛组 (2 4例 )和对照组 (2 3例 ) ,检查两组患者手术前后几种指标的变化。 结果　 手术后 ,吲哚美辛组的PGE2 、TXB2 、6 K PGF1α水平显著低于术前及对照组 ,TXB2 / 6 K PGF1α水平与术前及对照组相比无显著差异 ;吲哚美辛组CD4、CD4/CD8水平有显著升高 ;对照组T细胞亚群无显著变化 ,NK细胞低于术前且NK细胞、CD4显著低于吲哚美辛组。 结论　吲哚美辛有助于改善门静脉高压症患者术后的免疫功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of Indomethacin on post-operation patients with portal hypertension.Methods Forty-seven patients with portal hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.One as treatment group (n=24) and the other as control group (n=23).Observing IgG IgM C 3 C 4 CD 3 CD 4 CD 8 CD 4/CD 8 NK cell PGE 2 TXB 2 6 K PGF 1α TXB 2/6 K PGF 1α level before and after operation.Results After operation,PGE 2 TXB 2 6 K PGF 1α level of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of preoperative and control group.The TXB 2/6 K PGF 1α level was no different from that of preoperative and control group .After operation,the PGE 2 level of control group was significantly lower and CD 4 CD 4/CD 8 level of treatment group was significantly higher than that of before.The CD 3 CD 4 CD 8 CD 4/CD 8 level of control group had no marked change.The CD 4 NK cell of control group was significantly lower than that of treatment group and the NK cell of control group was also significantly lower than that of before operation.There were not significantly different between two groups in IgG IgM C 3 C 4.No side-effect of Indomethacin was observed.Conclusion Indomethacin is contributory to improve the immunological function of post-operation patients with portal hypertension.更多还原
