【摘要】 目的　了解喉部恶性肿瘤的年龄、性别、部位及病理类型。 方法　对 1 997～ 2 0 0 2年耳鼻咽喉科住院治疗的 30 6例原发于喉部的恶性肿瘤病历进行回顾分析。 结果　 ①男性多发 ,男女比例为 2 1∶1。②发病率最高的年龄段为 5 1～ 70岁。③肿瘤病理类型以高、中分化型鳞状细胞癌为主。④吸烟与肿瘤的发生密切相关。⑤声门型肿瘤多见 ,其次为声门上型肿瘤 ,声门下型肿瘤少见。 结论　喉恶性肿瘤的发病年龄、性别、原发部位及病理类型与肿瘤的临床特征有一定关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze laryngeal carcinoma patients’ age?sex?tumor primary site and pathologic types,to find out the relationship of above indices and clinical characteristics. Methods 306 cases of laryngeal carcinoma treated in the ENT Department ward of our hospital from 1997 to 2002 were analyzed.Results ①it affects more common in males,the ration of male and female is 21∶1 .②the age distribution is a peak between 51 to 70 years old.③the main pathologic type is differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.④tobacco has been found to be associated with the pathogenesis of cancer.⑤cancers of the glottis region are familiar, the supraglottis region are in the next place,and cancers occur infrequently on subglottis region.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of laryngeal cancer are related with patients’ age?sex?sites of tumors and pathologic types.更多还原
