【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of modified starfish steroid (C03) on experimental atrial fibrillation. Methods Atrial fibrillations were induced by electric stimulation, aconitine and acetylcholine. Results C03 could raise the atrial fibrillation threshold (AFT) induced by electric stimulation in cats and shorten the improving time and recovering time of atrial arrhythmia induced by aconitine and acetylcholine in dogs. Conclusion C03 produced a protective effect against experimental atrial fibrillation.更多还原
