南海海绵Pseudoceratina purpurea活性成分研究Ⅱ
Suduies on the active constituents of the marine sponge Pseudoceratina purpurea from the South China Sea
【摘要】 从中国南海海绵Pseudoceratinapurpurea的正丁醇萃取部分分离出 4个化合物 ,应用IR、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR、1H HCOSY、HMQC和HMBC等光谱分析技术进行结构鉴定 ,确定结构分别为 1 乙酰胺 3,5 二溴 1 羟基 4 ,4 二甲氧基 2 ,5 环己二烯 (Ⅰ ) ;2 4 甲基 胆甾醇 (Ⅱ ) ;以及胸腺嘧啶 (Ⅲ )和尿嘧啶 (Ⅳ )。
【Abstract】 Four compounds were isolated from the n butanol extract fraction of the marine sponge Pseudoceratina purpurea collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were identified by IR?MS? 1 H NMR? 13 C NMR? 1 H H COSY?HMQC and HMBC as follows:1 acetamide 3,5 dibromo 1 hydroxy 4,4 dimethoxy 2,5 cyclohexadiene;24 methyl cholest 3 β ol 5 en; thymine and uracil.
