【摘要】 从中国南海三亚海域采集的软珊瑚Dendronephthyagigantea中 ,分离得到 6个甾醇类成分 ,分别为胆甾醇 (Ⅰ ) ,胆甾 5 烯 3β ,7β二醇 (Ⅱ ) ,胆甾 5 ,2 2 (E) 二烯 3β ,7α 二醇 (Ⅲ ) ,2 4 亚甲基 胆甾 5 烯 3β ,7α 二醇 (Ⅳ ) ,2 4 甲基 胆甾 5 ,2 2 (E) 二烯 3β ,7α 二醇 (Ⅴ )和胆甾 5 烯 3β ,7α二醇 (Ⅵ )。应用1H ,13CNMR ,EIMS等谱学方法确定了它们的结构。化合物Ⅰ～Ⅵ均为首次从该种属软珊瑚中分离得到更多还原

【Abstract】 Six sterols named Cholesterol (Ⅰ), Cholesta 5 ene 3β,7β diol (Ⅱ), Cholesta 5,22(E)-dien 3β,7α diol (Ⅲ), 24 methylene-cholesta-5-en 3β, 7α diol (Ⅳ), 24-methyl-cholesta 5,22(E) 3β, 7α diol (Ⅴ), Cholesta-5-ene 3β, 7α diol (Ⅵ), were isolated from the soft coral Dendronephthya gigantea collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were identified by EIMS, 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR analysis and the spectral data were compared with those reported in literatures. The compound Ⅰ～Ⅵ are isolated from the soft coral for the first time, and the NMR data of compounds Ⅱto Ⅵwere concluded fully by extensive 2D NMR spectrum.更多还原
