【Abstract】 In this paper,the movement character of the 14th typhoon of 2003 is analyzed by using large environmental resources from 6th to 11th in September.The reason that typhoon can still keep strong is directly explained from the cloud image when it enters middle and high latitude.At last,typhoon motion accuracy of Chinese Central Meteorology Service is verified and amended.更多还原
