【摘要】 目的　研究中医综合治疗对提高未接受放、化疗的老年Ⅳ期肺癌患者生存质量的改善作用。方法　对 4 8例确诊为Ⅳ期肺癌的不接受放、化疗的老年患者按照自愿的原则分为中医综合治疗组和单纯对症支持治疗组 ,其中 31例接受中医综合治疗 ,17例接受对症和一般支持治疗 ,治疗结束后观察其饮食改善、体重增减、癌痛控制情况 ,并对两组患者KPS评分和生存质量评分提高程度进行统计分析。结果　中医综合治疗组分别有 93.5 %的患者体重保持稳定或增加 ,96 .8%的患者饮食改善或保持 ,93.5 %的患者癌痛缓解 ,而对照组比率分别只有 4 7.1%、4 1.2 %和 70 .6 %。在KPS评分和生存质量评分提高方面综合治疗组分别有 90 .4 %和 92 .6 %的患者提高 ,对照组则分别只有 6 4 .7%、76 .5 % ,且在积分提高程度上明显低于综合治疗组。结论　未接受放、化疗的老年Ⅳ期肺癌患者积极进行中医综合治疗可以较全面地改善其生活质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study comprehensive TCM treatment in life quality improvement in senile patients with lung cancer at Ⅳ stage.Methods The clinical observation of 48 cases of lung cancer at Ⅳ stage who could not receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy was performed. Among them, 31 cases received comprehensive TCM treatment including Shengmai, Huangqi, Kanglaite injection and BianZhenLunZhi and 17 cases received simple nutrition sustaining treatment for 30 days. The degree of pain relief, appetite, changes of weight, improvement of QOL and KPS scores were observed before and after treatment.Results The total pain relief rate was 93.5%, weight and appetite were steady or increased in 93.5% and 96.8% of the 31 patients in the treatment group, and the corresponding numbers in control group were 70.6%, 47.1% and 41.2% respectively. The QOL in 92.6% of 31 patients was improved as well as KPS scores in 90.4% of 31 patients elevated in treatment group, while in the control group, they were 76.5% and 64.7% respectively.Conclusion Comprehensive TCM treatment can improve life quality of the patients with lung cancer at Ⅳ stage who can not receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy.更多还原
