海洛因中毒性脑损害的磁共振质子波谱研究
A clincal MR spectroscopy study of heroin-induced brain damage.
【摘要】 目的 探讨磁共振质子波谱 (1HMRS)在显示海洛因中毒性脑损害患者额叶代谢异常中的价值。方法 对 8例海洛因依赖患者及 10例健康对照者行MRI和1HMRS检查。结果 仅有 1例海洛因依赖患者出现双侧额叶皮层下斑点状长T2 异常信号 ,8例海洛因依赖患者额叶皮层N 乙酰天门冬氨酸 (NAA) /肌酸 (Cr)明显减低 ,与健康对照组相比具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 常规MRI对海洛因中毒性脑损害的研究有一定限度 ,MRS可揭示该病所致的神经元受损
【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of 1HMRS in detecting frontal lobe metabolite abnormalities in heroin-dependent patients.Methods MRI and 1HMRS was performed on 8 heroin abusers and 10 healthy subjects without a history of drug abuse.Results Routing MRI demonstrated a few lesions below the cerebral cortex only in one heroin-dependent case. Compared with controls, NAA/Cr levels in heroin-dependent patients were reduced in gray matter but not in white matter.Conclusion MRI have limitations in displaying preclinical injury. The reduced NAA/Cr on 1HMRS provides evidence for neuronal damage in heroin abuser.
