【摘要】 目的　观察分析川崎病患儿血小板数 (PLT)、血小板平均体积 (MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度 (PDW )的变化。方法　取疾病组 30例及对照组 30例静脉血用自动血液分析仪测定血小板指数。结果　疾病组PLT为 (42 1.4± 15 2 .7)×10 9/L ,明显高于对照组 (2 39.0± 119.3)× 10 9/L ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;MPV为 (9.15± 1.99)fl明显高于对照组(8.17± 0 .6 3)fl,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PDW为 (15 .8± 2 .5 )fl明显高于对照组 (11.5± 1.1)fl,差异有非常显著意义(P <0 .0 1)。结论　血小板指数对川崎病高凝状态的诊断、抗凝药物治疗疗效评价及预后判断均有价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes in platelet indexes of children with Kawsaki disease, including PLT, MPV and PDW.Methods Venous blood was taken out in disease group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Platelet indexes including PLT, MPV and PDW were measured by automatic blood-analyzing apparatus.Results The averages of PLT in disease group was significantly higher than in control group ( 421.4 ± 152.7 vs 239.0 ± 119.3 , respectively, P< 0.01 ); MPV and PDW in disease group were greater than in control group ( 9.15 ± 1.99 and 15.82 ± 2.57 vs 8.17 ± 0.63 and 11.48 ± 1.05 , P< 0.05 or P< 0.01 ).Conclusion Platelet indexes were helpful for the diagnosis of hypercoagulability, the evaluation of curative effectiveness of anticoagulants and the judgment of prognosis.更多还原
