【摘要】 目的　探讨大学生接种重组酵母乙肝疫苗免疫效果及加强免疫的问题 ,以指导今后乙肝预防工作。方法　 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 2年在某医学院校对 1997年后入学的大学生 ,两次分层随机抽样的基础上 ,选择明确知道入学时乙肝疫苗接种史的 4 81名学生 ,进行乙肝HBsAg和抗 HBs检测。 结果　大学生接种疫苗后 ,其抗 HBs的平均应答率为 77.34% ,5年内能维持在较好水平。免疫无应答率为 2 2 .6 6 % ,多次接种可提高其应答率。应答率与年龄有关 ,与性别无明显关系。无应答者是乙肝高危人群 ,极易成为传染源。结论　重组酵母乙肝疫苗具有良好免疫原性和安全性 ,有待进一步提高其高水平抗 HBs应答率和持续时间 ,降低无应答率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the immune effect of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine in college students and reinforce the ability of immunity.Methods Follow up studies were carried out on one medical college within two years and total 481 students selected randomly were examined for HBsAg and anti-HBs of hepatitis B.Results After inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine in the college students, the average response rate of anti-HBs was 77.34 % and could maintain at a satisfactory level during a follow-up of 5 years; The non-response rate of anti-HBs was 22.66 %. Immune response rate could be increased through repetitious inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine. The immune response rate was not related with sex, but with age.Conclusion Recombinant hepatitis B vaccine is of good immunogenicity and safety.更多还原
