【摘要】 借鉴日本、韩国等发达国家和地区发展临港产业的经验,结合浙江省港口资源特点,就临港产业布局与发展等问题提出建议:为加快港口群建设,应设立三个临港经济区、一个自由港区和大型出口加工区及海洋高新技术开发区,主动承接发达国家的重化工业转移,大力发展石化、修造船、钢铁、汽车、医药、能源、造纸等临港产业,建设现代港口物流中心,消除港区发展的行政壁垒,组建浙江省港口行业的控股总公司,制定沿海产业带发展战略规划,促进临港产业的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the analysis of the harbor industry development experiences in advanced countries such as Janpan, Korea, and in combination with harbor resources superiority in Zhejinag Province, the author discusses deeply the problems on the industry distribution and its development. This Paper puts forward the following viewpoints: the harbor group should be set up ,the three harbor economic zones, one free harbor, one large-size export processing industrial zone and marine high and new technology development zone should be set up. The heavy industry in advanced countries should be carried on. The harbor industry such as petro-chemicals, ship-repairing and building, steel and iron, cars, pharmacy, energy, paper should deoverloped with grect eftort. Modern logistics centers should be developed. The administration barriers between harbors should be removed. The harbor industrial company in Zhejiang Province should be formed.
