【Abstract】 This paper proceeded with the basic problems of medical accident technical appraisal evidence and analysed the flaws of the evidence in terms of credibility. It examined the ability of proof of medical accident technical appraisals as "appraisal conclusions" in the perspective civil action. Suggestions were put forward about legislation improvement in medical accident technical appraisal evidence, based on relevant laws and legislative explanations.更多还原
