皱纹盘鲍苗车间越冬技术的研究
Discuss of wintering technology on juvenile abalone (Haliatis discus hannai)
【摘要】 皱纹盘鲍 (Haliotisdiscushannai)鲍苗车间越冬育成 ,水温保持在14℃±0.5℃,饵料采用鲜嫩海带 ,密度1000头/m2(壳高19.0mm) ,采用“陆地工厂化养殖海水净化与高效循环利用技术” ,日水交换量10个量程以上 ,越冬育成4个月 ,鲍苗平均成活率99.0% ,平均壳高31.2mm。
【Abstract】 Juvenile abalone were nursery farmed at water temperature 14 ℃±0.5 ℃ density 1 000 ind/m2 and diet of fresh kelp. After a wintering period of 4 months with “seawater purification and high effeciency recirculation technology in lunabased fuctory", results showed that an average survival rate of 99.0%, shell height 31.2 mm with 10 times water exchange rate could be achieved.
