【摘要】 采用文献调研、问卷调查和数理统计方法 ,对我国浙江、上海两地区社会体育指导员现状进行了调查研究。研究结果 :目前华东地区高级别的社会体育指导员较少 ;经费不足、体育设施不全、有关部门组织不力是社会体育指导员开展工作的最大障碍 ;义务从事社会体育指导员工作仍是主流 ,作为职业来发展时机还不成熟。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of documentary investigation,questionnaires and mathematical statistics,the authors make an analysis on current situation of community sports instructors in east China. The result shows that the high ranking instructors is short,short fee and poor sports element and lazy organization interrelatedly are the maximal handicaps of carring on working;free salary working is always mainstream to work,the opportunity is immature that regard community sports instructors as a job.更多还原
