【摘要】 目的　探讨大明胶囊对 2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖的影响。方法　建立 2型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,筛选空腹血糖值大于 16 .7mmol·L- 1 的大鼠随机分组 :大明胶囊大 (187.5mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 )、中 (93.8mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 )、小 (46 .9mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 )剂量组、糖尿病模型组、苯乙双胍 (75mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 )组 ,连续用药 14d ,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测空腹血糖值 ,同时对大明胶囊治疗前后 2型糖尿病大鼠 2 4h进食量、饮水量、体重及甘油三酯进行测定。结果　 2型糖尿病大鼠经大明胶囊灌胃给药后空腹血糖值与模型组相比有明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且饮水量、进食量及TG与模型组相比明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　大明胶囊对 2型糖尿病大鼠有明显的降低空腹血糖作用 ,并且可以改善糖尿病的症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of DaMing capsule on the plasma glucose of limosis on the type 2 diabetes rats.Methods Screen the type 2 diabetes model rats with the values of plasma glucose of limosis higher than 16.7mmol·L -1,and organize them into groups randomly:high dose group(187.5mg·kg -1·d -1),middle dose group(93.8mg·kg -1·d -1),low dose group(46.9mg·kg -1·d -1),diabetes model group,and meltrol group(75mg·kg -1·d -1),continuous feeding the model rats with DaMing capsule for 14 days,and then assayed the values of plasma glucose of limosis.At the same time measured the intake of the water and food,weight and triglyceride of rats during 24 hours.Results After fed with DaMing capsule,the plasma glucose of limosis level of the type 2 diabetes rats was obviously lower than the diabetes model rats(P<0.05),the drink,diet and the value of triglyceride distintly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The study suggestes that DaMing capsule can decrease the plasma glucose of limosis and improve the symptom of the diabetes rats.更多还原
