【摘要】 目的　探讨心肌细胞移植到大鼠疤痕心肌组织后对大鼠血流动力学的影响效果。方法　利用细胞培养和移植技术 ,将胎鼠心肌细胞移植到心梗后的疤痕组织中 ,4周后测定左室血流动力学参数。结果　与正常组相比 ,心梗组大鼠左室收缩末期压 (Pes)和左室压力最大变化值 (dp/dtmax ,dp/dtmin)明显减少 ,左室舒张末期压 (Ped)和等容时间常数 (Tc)明显增大 ;与心梗组相比 ,移植组上述指标明显改善。结论　心肌细胞移植到大鼠疤痕心肌组织后改善了心梗后大鼠的心脏功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of the transplanting fetal myocardial cells into cardiac scar tissue on rat hemodynamic indexs.Methods The cultured and labeled fetal rat ventricular myocardial cells were transplanted into MI rat scar place,after 4 weeks,hemodynamic parameters ( LVPes,LVPed,dp/dtmax,dp/dtmin,Tc,HR )were measured by LV catheter.Results LV Pes and dp/dtmax and dp/dtmin were less,LV Ped and Tc were larger in MI group compared with normal group.After cell transplantation,all the indexes above were improved.Conclusion Transplantation of myocardial cells could improve MI rat’s heart function.更多还原
