【摘要】 目的　评价磁共振胰胆管成像 (MRCP)对胆道梗阻性疾病的临床诊断价值 ,探讨肝外胆道梗阻的MRCP、MRI诊断和鉴别诊断。方法　总结与回顾 2 16例胆道梗阻性疾病患者的MRCP及MRI表现 ,并与CT、超声和手术病理结果对照。结果　MRCP对胆道梗阻定位诊断准确率为 98.6 % ;定性诊断准确率为 95 .4 %。结论　MRCP对胆道梗阻性疾病定位及定性诊断优于CT、超声 ,是诊断胆道梗阻性疾病的安全、有效的检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP)in diagnosis of biliary obstruction,and their value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MRCP and MRI.Methods Two hundred and sixteen patients with clinical signs of biliary obstruction underwent MRI and MRCP and to correlate the MR findings with CT,ultrasonogram,surgery and pathology.Results The accuracy of MRCP in evaluating the site of obstruction was 98.6%.The accuracy of MRCP in evaluating the cause of obstruction was 95.4%.Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of MRCP in evaluating the site and nature of biliary obstruction is superior to that of CT and US.MRCP is an effective and safe technique in diagnosing biliary obstructions.更多还原
