【摘要】 目的　观察心律宁对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法　结扎大鼠冠脉前降支使大鼠心肌缺血 ,记录缺血大鼠心功能变化。结果　心律宁可显著抑制大鼠心肌因缺血所致的左室舒张末期压升高和左室压、左室收缩及舒张最大速率的降低。结论　心律宁对缺血引起的大鼠心功能降低有改善作用。对因缺血引起的血流动力学紊乱有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of matrine on hemodynamics in the rats of the experimental myocardial ischemia.Methods The left anterior descending coronary arteries of rats were ligated.Results It was found that matrine could significantly inhibit the acute ischemia to induce a increase of left ventricular end diastolic pressure and decreases of left ventricular pressure,±dp/dtmax.Conclusion Matrine could improve the disorder of hemodynamic and matrine exert protective action on the rats with myocardial ischemia.更多还原
