高位硬膜外阻滞对扩张型心肌病患者IL-6及sIL-2R的影响
Effect of thoracic epidural blockade on plasma IL-6 and sIL-2R in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy
【摘要】 目的 观察扩张型心肌病 (DCM)患者经过高位硬膜外阻滞术 (TEB)治疗后IL 6及sIL 2R的变化。方法 DCM患者 35例分为TEB组和常规治疗组 ,健康对照组 2 1例。用ELISA方法测血清IL 6和sIL 2R水平 ,比较DCM患者组和健康组血清IL 6及sIL 2R水平 ;比较TEB组和常规治疗组治疗前后IL 6及sIL 2R水平的差异。结果 DCM患者组血清IL 6及sIL 2R水平明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且IL 6与sIL 2R水平呈显著正相关 (rs =1 .0 0 0 ,P <0 .0 0 0 1 )。TEB组治疗后血清IL 6 ,sIL 2R水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 IL 6 ,sIL 2R等细胞因子可能是参与DCM发生、发展的重要因子 ;TEB对患者免疫系统有影响 ,并且通过免疫调节来治疗扩张型心肌病
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of plasma IL 6 and SIL 2R in patients with dilated cardiomyo pathy(DCM) after thoracic epidural blockade(TEB) treatment.Methods Plasma IL 6 and sIL 2R levels were assayed by ELISA in 35 patients with DCM and were compared with those of healthy control subjects.We divided the 35 DCM patients into 2 groups,TEB group and control group.Alteration of cytokines of TEB group and control group after treatment were observed.Results Plasma levels of IL 6 and sIL 2R were elevated in patients with DCM when compared with those in healthy subjects( P <0.05). IL 6 and sIL 2R levels were significantly depressed after TEB treatment.Conclusion Cytokines as IL 6 and sIL 2R are important factors involving genesis and progression of DCM,TEB may influence the immune system and DCM may be treated by immune system regulation.
