【摘要】 目的　检测p2 7kip1和细胞周期蛋白E(CyclinE)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其与卵巢癌临床病理参数之间的关系。方法　应用免疫组化SP法检测 2 4例良性卵巢肿瘤以及 5 2例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中p2 7kip1和Cyc linE的表达情况 ,并分析它们与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果　同良性卵巢肿瘤组织相比 ,卵巢癌组织中p2 7kip1的表达显著降低 ,CyclinE的表达则明显增高 ,差异均有显著性。p2 7kip1阴性表达与卵巢上皮性肿瘤低组织分化 ,淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CyclinE阳性表达与卵巢上皮性肿瘤的临床分期、腹水及淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　p2 7kip1和CyclinE的表达与卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生、发展及恶性程度密切相关 ,可作为估计卵巢肿瘤恶性程度和预后的重要指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of p27kip1 and Cyclin E in epithelial ovarian tumor and the correlation between their expression and clinicopathological parameters of epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical analysis was carried out for 76 cases consisting of 24 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 52 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma to detect the expression of p27kip1 and Cyclin E. Their correlation with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results The expression of p27kip1 was reduced in epithelial ovarian carcinoma in contrast to benign ovarian tumor. On the contrary, the expression of Cyclin E was increased. In addition, the loss of p27kip1 was related with low histological grade and lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05). The positive expression of Cyclin E was associated with advanced clinical stage, presence of ascites and lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of p27kip1 and Cyclin E are correlated to the origination, progression and malignancy of epithelial ovarian carcinoma and might be valuable prognostic factors for the epithelial ovarian carcinoma.更多还原
