纳米固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3催化合成邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯

【摘要】 研究了纳米固体超强酸SO2-4/Fe2O3催化合成邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DOP)的方法。首先,合成了纳米固体超强酸,考察了该催化剂在邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DOP)合成中的催化活性,并与非纳米的SO2-4/TiO2、SO2-4/ZrO2、SO2-4/Fe2O3、浓H2SO4催化剂进行了比较,同时对酯化反应的几种影响因素进行了研究,并确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,苯酐∶2-乙基己醇=1∶2 5(mol),催化剂用量为2 8g(苯酐为0 1mol时),反应时间为120min,反应温度为150℃,酯化率可达99 1%。该催化剂不经处理,可循环使用多次,且不污染环境,相对于一些常见催化剂具有明显的优点。

【Abstract】 The catalytic synthesis of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate using nanosolid superacid SO42-/Fe2O3 as catalyst was described in this paper. The nanosolid superacid SO42-/Fe2O3 was prepared, its catalytic activity for the synthesis of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate was investigated and was compared to the catalytic activity of normal SO42-/Fe2O3,SO42-/TiO2,SO42-/ZrO2 and H2S04.At the same time,the factors of affecting the esterification,such as the synthesis of the catalyst,the dosage of the catalyst and the esterifying time were studied and the optimum synthetic conditions were obtained. The results showed that the appropriate conditions were as follows:weight of the catalyst was 2.8g (weight of phthalic anhydride was 0.1 mol),molar ratio of 2-ethyl hexanol to phthalic anhydride was 2.5∶1, reaction time was 2.0h,reaction temperature was 150℃.The yield of ester was over 99.1%. The catalyst could be used for many times without any treatment and no pollution to environment.Comparing with the normal catalysts,the nanosolid superacid catalyst had obvious advantages.
