【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (1aparoscopiccho1ecystectomy,LC)后残余胆囊的预防和处理。方法 :回顾分析自 1998年 12月至 2 0 0 3年 5月收治的LC术后残余胆囊患者的病历资料。结果 :本组 11例LC术后残余胆囊均经开腹手术证实 ,其中 6例残余胆囊 ,3例残余胆囊合并残余胆囊结石 ,2例胆总管结石行探察术中发现残余胆囊。所有病例均行残余胆囊切除 ,胆囊标本经病理检查证实均为残余胆囊慢性炎症改变。结论 :严格把握LC的适应症和操作规范是防止残余胆囊的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the prevention and treatment of residual gallbladder from laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:A retrospective analysis was given to the medical information on the patients treated in our hospital for residual gallbladder caused by LC during the period of December 1998 to May 2003.Results:All of the 11 cases with residual gallbladder received surgical operations and 6 of them were found to have residual gallbladder;3 of them had residual gallbladder with stones and 2 of them were proved to have residual gallbladder found during exploratory operation for stones in the common bile duct.Residual gallbladders in the 11 cases were removed by surgical operations.And the pathological examination found there were chronic inflammatory changes in all of the specimens.Conclusions:In order to prevent the residual gallbladder from LC,it was vitally important to adhere to indications before operation and the procedures during operation were strictly followed.更多还原
