【摘要】 目的 :探讨p5 3蛋白表达在大肠腺癌中的临床病理意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测 4 0例大肠腺癌、 4 0例大肠腺瘤的p5 3表达 ,选 10例正常大肠粘膜作为对照研究 ,分析p5 3蛋白表达与大肠腺癌临床病理因素的关系。结果 :正常大肠粘膜、大肠腺瘤和大肠腺癌组织中p5 3蛋白表达逐渐增强 ,且它们间表达差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :p5 3蛋白表达异常与大肠腺癌发生发展有关 ,检测p5 3蛋白表达对大肠早期腺癌判断、分级、分期和预后估计具有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinico-pathological significances of p53 expression in adenocarcinoma of large intestine Method:The positive expression of p53 was observed in 40 adenocarcinomas and 40 adenomas of large intestine,using immunohistochemical staining for p53,and of normal mucosa from 10 cases was used as control.The relationship between expression and clinical pathological factors was analyzed.Results:The positive expression of p53 in adenomas and adenocarcinomas of large intestine were significantly higher than that in normal mucosa(P<0.01).Conclusions:The abnormal expression of p53 might play an important role in the pathogenesis of adenocarcinoma of large intestine,and the over-expression of p53 might be of some instructive significance for judging early malignant changes,grading,staging,and prognosis in adenocarcinomas of large intestine.更多还原
