【摘要】 目的　研究并建立藏药柳茶药材的TLC图谱。方法　采用硅胶G板 ,氯仿 -甲醇 (9∶1)展至 15cm ,取出晾干后 ,再用氯仿 -甲醇 (98∶2 )二次展开至 18cm ,10 %硫酸乙醇显色。结果　所得的TLC谱图重复性较好。结论　TLC图谱可进行物种识别 ,鉴别藏药柳茶药材。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the chromatogram of Sibiraea angustata by TLC.METHODS The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Silica gel thin layer plates were used and developed by chloroform-methanol (9∶1)to 15 cm in first step then,chloroform-methanol (98∶2) was used to develop 18 cm second.The detecting reagent was 10% vitriol ethanol. RESULTS Good TLC chromatogram of Sibiraca angustata were obtained. CONCLUSION Quality of Sibiraea angustata can be effectively controlled by TLC.更多还原
