固其扬对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松模型的治疗作用

【摘要】 目的 观察受试药物对去卵巢 (OVX)大鼠造模后骨质疏松模型的治疗作用。方法 采用固其扬生药 2 1、10 .5、5 .3g·kg-1,连续灌胃给药 91d ,观测OVX大鼠造型 91d后骨质疏松模型的各项理化指标 ,结果 固其扬对OVX大鼠骨形成的生化指标有一定影响 ,使血清中的ALP、BALP有所降低 ,BGP增高 ,表明药物能增加OVX动物成骨细胞的活性 ;同时对OVX大鼠骨吸收的生化指标有显著的影响 ,大剂量组使TRAP、Ca/Cr、Hop/Cr等骨吸收指标显著降低 ,表明药物对破骨细胞的活性有抑制作用 ;固其扬的 3个剂量均使OVX动物骨湿重增加 (P <0 0 0 1) ,股骨、胫骨长度增加 (P <0 0 0 1) ,骨矿含量增加 (P <0 0 1) ;且能使股骨、胫骨的BMD(骨密度 )增加 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 固其扬表现为增加骨形成、抑制骨吸收 ,从而达到提高骨量的作用

【Abstract】 s: OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of the tested medicine in OVX rats which are made of osteoporosis models.METHODS Guqiyang is given to the rats continuously for three months by stomach with the dosages of 21, 10.5, 3.5 g·kg -1, respectively. All physicochemical indexes of OVX rat were observed after they have been made of osteoporosis models for three months.RESULTS Guqiyang have some effects to the biochemical indexes related to bone formation in OVX rats, which cause ALP?BALP decrease and BGP increase. It proves that Guqiyang can increases the activity of OVX animals ripe bone-cell. At the same time, it effects the biochemical indexes related to bone absorption greatly in OVX rats. In large dosage decrease TRAP, Ca/Cr, Hop/Cr ects bone absorption index greatly. These proof that Guqiyang can suppress the broken bone-cell activity. Three dosages of Guqiyang all can increase the wet weight of bones (P<0.001), the length of femora and tibiae ( P<0.001), the mineral of bones in OVX rats (P<0.01) and the BMD of femora and tibiae ( P<0.001).CONCLUSION Guqiyang can increase bones formation and suppress bones absorption so as to improve bones quantities.
