【摘要】 目的　测定川产黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法　采用HPLC法。结果与结论　川黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的含量远远高于其在关黄柏中的含量 ,建议药典将二者作为两个种分别收载。秃叶黄皮树的盐酸小檗碱含量与黄皮树无显著的差异 ,且已成为川黄柏的主流商品 ,建议将秃叶黄皮树与黄皮树一起作为川黄柏收入药典。荥经产川黄柏具有独特的道地性 ;川黄柏的加工储存条件为 6 0℃干燥 ,室温干燥保存。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine Berberine hydrochloride from Cortex Phellodendri.METHODS HPLC was adopted.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The berberine content of Cortex Phellodendri from Sichuan is much higher than that from Northeast.Therefore,they might be sorted as two kinds of crude drugs in China Pharmacopoeia.There is no significant difference in berberine contents between Phellodendron Chinese Schneid.var.glabriusculum Schneid. and P.Chinese Schneid..P. Chinese Schneid.var.glabriusculum Schneid.is the main commodities in the medicine markets.So it is suggested that P. Chinese Schneid.var.glabriusculum Schneid.is selected into China Pharmacopoeia and also used as Cortex Phellodendri.The Cortex phellodendri from Yingjing has its genuineness for its berberine content to be higher than those from other places.Heating at 60℃ for dryness is necessary to keep its quality.Because alkloids are very susceptible to temperature,keeping in a dry place and room temperature is needed for its reservation.更多还原
