【摘要】 目的　采用HPLC法测定川芎药材中藁本内酯的含量。方法　用Luna 5 μSilica(2 )色谱柱 (15 0mm× 4 .6mm) ;流动相为正己烷 -乙酸乙酯 -氯仿 (92∶3∶5 ) ;流速 0 8ml·min-1;检测波长 32 0nm。结果　在 0 1～ 2 0 μg范围内 ,峰面积与进样量的线性回归方程为 :A =- 4 7 2 4 +2 72 2X(r =1.0 0 0 0 ) ;平均回收率为 10 0 7%。测得 3批川芎药材中藁本内酯的含量分别为1 5 5 %、1 33%和 1 70 %。结论　所建方法简便、准确、重复性好 ,可用于川芎药材中藁本内酯的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine ligustilide from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.METHODS The column were Luna 5 μ silica(2)(150 mm×4.6 mm ID);the mobile phase consisted of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-chloroform(92∶3∶5);the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min -1 and the UV detector was set at 320 nm.RESULTS The method displayed good linearity within the concentration ranges of 0.1-2.0 μg(r=1.0000).The average recovery were 100.7%.The contents of three lots of crude drugs were 1.55%,1.33% and 1.70%,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,replicate and suitable for the determination of ligustilide in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.更多还原
