【摘要】 目的 建立测定复方穿心莲片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱,甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长225 nm,柱温为室温。结果 穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯的平均回收率分别为96.6％、96.8％,分析方法精密度(RSD)分别为1.83％和1.50％(n=6)。结论 所用方法简便、准确,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of andrographolide and 14 - deoxy -11,12- didehydroandro-grapholide in Compound Chuanxinlian tablets.METHODS A Diamonsil C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol - water(70: 30) .The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,and the detective wavelength was 225 nm.RESULTS The linear ranges of andrographolide and 14 - deoxy-11 , 12 - didehydroandrographolide were 11.6 - 92.8 μg·ml( r =0.9995)and 16- 128 μg·ml( r = 0.9995 ),respectively.The average recoveries of andrographolidr and 14 - deoxy - 11. 12 - didehydroandrographolide were 96. 6% and 96.8% , respectively. Precision of the method was 1.83% and 1.50 % (n= 6), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reliable for quality control of this preparation.更多还原
