紫外分光光度法测定苯妥英钠片的含量

【摘要】 目的 测定苯妥英钠片的含量。方法 采用紫外分光光度法 ,以 0 .0 5mol·L-1NaOH为溶剂 ,在 2 12nm处测定。结果 苯妥英钠浓度在 3~ 15mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .2 % (n =5 ) ,RSD =0 .76 %。结论 所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确 ,可供苯妥英钠片的含量测定。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an UV method to determine Phenytoin sodium in tablets.METHODS Phenytoin sodium was determined at 212 nm with 0.05 mol·L -1 NaOH as the solvents. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between concentration and absorbance within the range of 3-15 mg·L -1 (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 100.2% (n=5,RSD of 0.76%).CONCLUSION The method was simple, sensitive and accurate. It was suitable for measuring the contents of Phenytoin sodium in the tablets.
