新型对苯二乙烯二菁荧光染料的合成
Syntheses of novel p-phenylenediethenylenedicyanine dyes
【摘要】 报道了对苯二乙烯二菁的合成方法。在不同的溶剂体系中用不同的活泼甲基杂环季铵盐与对苯二甲醛二希夫碱进行缩合反应,合成了6种新型对苯二乙烯二菁荧光染料,用核磁共振确定了各化合物的结构,对其摩尔消光系数、荧光激发和发射光谱等进行了测定。
【Abstract】 The synthesis methods of six novel p-phenylenediethenylenedicyanine dyes were described.The syntheses were carried out by the condensation reactions of N,N-(p-phenylenedimethylidyne)dianline with different heterocyclic quaternary ammonium salts having active methyl in different solvents.The structures of new compounds were confirmed by ()~1H NMR.Their fluorescence properties,including molar extinction coefficients and excitation and emission spectra,were measured.
