活性炭固载磷钨酸催化合成丙酸丙酯
Catalytic synthesis of propyl propionate by phosphotungstic acid supported on activated carbon
【摘要】 用活性碳固载磷钨酸催化剂合成了丙酸丙酯,考察了磷钨酸固载量、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、带水剂用量对酯化反应的影响。在优化条件(催化固载量30 0%、催化剂用量2 5g/0 2mol丙酸、醇酸摩尔比1 2∶1、反应温度110~116℃、反应时间2 5h、带水剂环己烷用量10mL)下反应,丙酸丙酯收率为95 8%,催化剂可重复使用。
【Abstract】 Propyl propionate was catalytically synthesized by phosphotungstic acid supported on activated carbon. The effects of the supported quantity of phosphotungstic acid, the amount of catalyst and dehydrating anent used, the molar ratio of n-propyl to propionic acid and the reaction time on the esterfication were investigated. Under the optimum conditions (the supported quantity of phosphotungstic was 30.0%, the weight of catalyst was 2.5g/0.2 mol propionic acid, the molar ratio of n-propyl to propionic acid was 1.2∶1, the amount of dehydrating agent was 15 mL, the reaction temperature was 110℃~116℃, the reaction time was 2.5 h), the conversion rate of propionic acid was 61.3%,the yield of propyl propionate was 95.8%. The catalyst could be reused.
