一种新型氨羧配位剂的合成、表征及荧光性质研究
Synthesis and characterization and the fluorescence analysis of a new amino-carboxyl-chelating-agent
【摘要】 合成了氨羧配位剂— 1,2 bis (4 aminophenoxy)ethane N ,N N′ ,N′ tetraaceticacid (4 BAPTA) ,用FT IR、1HNMR、元素分析对其结构进行表征。讨论结构对紫外和荧光光谱的影响 ,水溶液的荧光强度随pH值和Ca2 + 浓度的变化趋势。发现pH值在 5~ 11的范围内荧光强度具有增强的趋势 ;Ca2 + 浓度在 0~ 5 0 μg/ 2 5mL的范围内 ,荧光强度与Ca2 + 浓度具有较好的线性关系。
【Abstract】 A new kind of Amino-Carboxyl-Chelating-Agent(ACCA),1,2-bis(4-aminophenoxy)ethane-N,N-N′,N′-tetraacetic acid(4-BAPTA)was synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,1H-nuclear magneitc resonance and elements analysis.The influence of 4-BAPTA’s structure on UV and fluorescence spectrum was discussed.The fluorescence character of 4-BAPTA’s aqueous solution as a function of pH value and of Ca2+ concentration was measured respectively.Experimental results indicated that in the condition of pH value from 5 to 11,the fluorescence intensity has an increased tendency and in the condiftion of Ca2+ concentration from 0 to 50 μg/25 mL,the fluorescence intensity was linear with Ca2+ concentration.This compound was expected to be a new calcium fluorescent indicator.
