紫薯中花青素的超声波提取工艺
Ultrasonic method for extracting anthocyanins from purple sweet potato
【Abstract】 The conditions of extracting anthocyanins from purple sweet potatos with ultrasonic method were optimized.And comparision tests were also conducted to testify the feasibility of the proposed method.
