几种树脂对芦荟苦素的吸附性能

【摘要】 研究硅胶H和三种不同极性的大孔吸附树脂对芦荟苦素的吸附与洗脱性能 ,用静态实验筛选树脂、动态实验考察芦荟苦素提取液浓度、上样流速和温度对GD 10大孔吸附树脂吸附能力影响。结果表明GD 10吸附树脂对芦荟苦素的吸附能力较强 ,洗脱能力最好 ,且易于再生。

【Abstract】 Adsorption and desorption effects of silica gel and kinds of macroporous adsorption resin were studied.Resins were selected by static adsorption experiments.The influence of concentration of aloesin solution,flowing rate and temperature on the adsorption effects of GD-10 macroporous resin was investigated by dynamic adsorption experiment.The result showed that GD-10 macroporous resin had higher sorption and easiest desorption capacity.The sorption and desorption capacity of GD-10 are prior to silica gel H,and the GD-10 is easy to relive.
