【摘要】 [目的 ]了解 2 0 0 2年福州市区分离的 43株流感毒株型别特征。[方法 ]以MDCK和鸡胚法分离病毒 ,经红细胞凝集活性 (HA)和红细胞凝集抑制 (HI)试验鉴定分型。[结果 ]从 80 6份流感样病人的咽拭中分离出 43株流感病毒 ,其中 41株从MDCK法分离。在 2 2株A3型中 2 1株是“O”相毒株 ,其HI效价均在 1∶3 2 0以上 ,其中 0 2 411株效价 1∶64 0。B型 2 0株中类似B/沪防 / 2 0 / 2 0 0 1型 4株 ,类似B/浙江 / 2 / 2 0 0 1型 16株 ,其HI效价均≥ 1∶64 0。[结论 ] 2 0 0 2年福州市区流感病毒以A3型为主 ,B型次之 ,且A3型抗原性已发生较大变异 ;WHO于 2 0 0 3年 10月将以 0 2 411株为代表的A3型 (A3 /福建毒株 / 411/ 0 2 )作为 2 0 0 4年南半球流感疫苗组分推荐株。更多还原
