【Abstract】 Spectrophotometric method was used for determination of polysaccharides in dioscorea opposita thunb collected from Henan, Shandong and Shanxi and dioscorea alata L from Guangdong and Guangxi. Results showed that the difference of the polysaccharide contents in the same species samples from different cultivated area is not obvious, but the difference of the polysaccharide contents between species is very obvious.更多还原
