荧光衍生法测定枸橼酸喷托维林的含量
Determination of Pentoxyverine Citrate by Fluorescence
【摘要】 采用衍生化反应,建立了荧光分光光度法测定枸橼酸喷托维林的新方法.对影响荧光强度的衍生体系、反应温度、反应时间、产物稳定性等进行了研究.实验表明在激发波长和发射波长分别为367nm和457nm时,荧光强度与枸橼酸浓度在8.0×10-7~1.0×10-4g/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,并对1.0×10-6g/mL枸橼酸喷托维林溶液进行6次平行测定,相对标准偏差为0.31%,检出限达1.5×10-8g/mL.本法用于枸橼酸喷托维林片剂含量的测定,结果与药典法测得值相符合.
【Abstract】 A simple method for the determination of pentoxyverine citrate by fluorescence ,involving the reaction between citric acid with acetic anhydride,is described based on its emission intensity at 457nm in ethanol(95%) medium when excited at 367nm.The linear calibration graph is 8.0×10-7~1.0×10-4g/mL with the detection limit of 1.5×10-8g/mL .The relative standard deviation is 0.31%.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of pentoxyverine citrate in tablets with satisfactory results.
