水热合成介观结构的ZnS纳米纤维
Hydrothermal Synthesis of Mesostructured ZnS Nanofibers
【摘要】 以Zn(Ac) 2 和Na2 S为原料、EDTA为稳定剂、OA为结构导向模板 ,采用水热合成方法成功地制备了具有层状介观结构的ZnS纳米纤维 ;通过XRD ,TEM ,SEM ,N2 吸附 /脱附以及紫外 -可见漫反射等手段对所得的产物进了表征 ,并初步探讨了其形成机理
【Abstract】 Novel lamellar mesostructured ZnS nanofibers with uniform diameter in about 20~40 nm and length up to several micrometers have been facilely synthesized via hydrothermal reaction of Zn(Ac) 2 and Na 2S using neutral octylamine (OA) as structure-directing agent and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) as stabilizer. The as-synthesized products were characterized via XRD, TEM, SEM, N 2 adsorption isotherms and the UV-visible absorption spectra. A possible formation mechanism for the mesostructured nanofibers was also discussed.
