新型反式十氢萘类液晶的合成
Synthesis of New Liquid Crystal Compounds Containing trans Decalin
【摘要】 反式十氢萘液晶是一种结构新颖、性能优越的TFT型显示材料 .文中以 1 [( 2′ 正烷基 ) 6′ 反式十氢萘基 ] 4 环己酮为原料 ,经格氏试剂与羰基的加成、脱水、还原及异构化合成系列反式十氢萘类单体液晶 1~ 13 ,产率 2 2 8%~ 71 0 % .结构分别经过IR ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,MS鉴定 .详细测试了每个化合物的DSC分析数据 ,据此探讨了化合物在混合液晶中的相变行为
【Abstract】 Liquid crystal compounds containing trans-decalin were recently developed, which show perfect performance for TFT driving. Compounds 1~13 were synthesized via reaction of 1-(2′-alkyl-6′-trans-decalinyl)-4-cyclohexanone with Grignard reagent, dehydration, reduction and transformation. The total yields waved from 22.8% to 71.0%. Structure of the compound has been identified by IR, ()1H NMR, ()13C NMR and MS respectively. Their phase transition data were measured by DSC, and thereby the thermal behavior in mixed liquid crystal was also discussed.
