新型三维锰(II)配位聚合物[Mn2(NDC)2(DMF)2(H2O)]n·nDMF(NDC=2,6-萘二酸)的合成与表征

【摘要】 通过四水合氯化锰 (II)与 2 ,6 萘二酸在N ,N 二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中的反应 ,获得了一种新的配位聚合物 [Mn2 (NDC) 2 (DMF) 2 (H2 O) ] n·nDMF ( 1) .X射线单晶衍射分析表明 ,该配位聚合物属正交晶系 ,Pbca空间群 ,晶胞参数a =1 83 3 4( 2 )nm ,b =1 60 46( 17)nm ,c =2 3 70 6( 3 )nm ,V =6 974( 13 )nm3 ,Z =8,Dc=1 471g/cm3 ,Mr=772 5 0 ,μ =0 790mm-1 ,F( 0 0 0 ) =3 176,S =0 95 1,(Δ/σ) max=0 0 0 1,Δρmax=0 5 3 9,Δρmin=-0 3 5 1,最后的一致性因子为R =0 0 3 3 5 ,wR =0 0 85 9.八面体锰 (II)离子与 2 ,6 萘二酸配体的连接导致形成了无限的三维网状结构 .该网状结构在b轴方向具有一维的菱形孔道 ( 0 7nm× 1 2nm) ,孔道的空穴被配位和非配位的溶剂分子所填充
【Abstract】 A new coordination polymer [Mn 2(NDC) 2(DMF) 2(H 2O)] n·n DMF (1) has been synthesized by the reaction of MnCl 2·4H 2O with 2,6 naphthalenedicarboxylic acids (H 2NDC) under ambient conditions in DMF. A single crystal X ray diffraction measurement reveals that 1 crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with a =1 8334(2) nm, b =1 6046(17) nm, c =2 3706(3) nm, V =6 974(13) nm 3, Z =8, D c=1 471 g/cm 3, M r=772 50, μ =0 790 mm -1 , F (000)=3176, S =0 951, ( Δ/σ ) max =0 001, Δ ρ max =0 539, Δ ρ min =-0 351, R =0 0335, wR =0 0859. The combination of octahedral manganese(II) ions and NDC ligands leads to the formation of infinite three dimensional (3D) networks, which have lozenge shaped 1D channels (0 7 nm×1 2 nm) along the crystallographic b axis. The cavities are filled with coordinated solvent molecules (DMF) and non coordinated ones.
