过氧化尿素的合成研究
Study on the Synthesis of Urea Peroxide
【摘要】 利用高浓度双氧水与尿素反应合成过氧化尿素 ,考察了过氧化氢与尿素的摩尔比 ,反应温度 ,反应时间 ,稳定剂品种对产品性能的影响 ,得出最佳的反应条件为 :反应温度 30°C,反应时间40 min,磷酸二氢钠作稳定剂 ,稳定剂用量为 1 g,过氧化氢和尿素的摩尔比为 1 .4∶ 1 ,此时产品过氧化尿素的收率可达到 77%以上 ,产品中过氧化氢含量可达 35 %以上 ,60°C储存 2 4 h后产品的稳定率可达 95 .5 %。
【Abstract】 Urea peroxide was systhesized from concentrated hydrogen peroxide and urea. The influences of mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea, reaction temperature, reaction time and stabilizer on product quality were investigated. The best reaction conditions are as follows; reaction temperature, 30 °C; reaction time, 40 minutes; sodium biphosphate as stable agent dose of sodium biphosphate, 1 g; and mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea 1.4∶1. The yields of urea peroxide is more than 77%, and the content of hydrogen peroxide in the product is more than 35%. The stability rate reaches 95.5% after storing for 24 h at 60 °C.
