CaO2对阳离子蓝染料脱色效果研究
Study on the Decolorization of Cation Blue Dye Wastewater with CaO2
【摘要】 染料废水是环境危害极大的一类废水,可用CaO2对水溶性染料阳离子蓝废水进行脱色处理。考察了各种反应条件对脱色率的影响,并且对CaO2的脱色反应机理进行了分析。实验结果表明:染料的初始浓度为25mg/L时,在pH值为2~3,CaO2用量为150mg/L,FeSO4·7H2O用量为150mg/L,反应时间为60min的条件下,无需紫外光照,脱色率可达到近100%。由此可见,过氧化钙是一种有效、安全、无毒的"环境友好型"绿色水处理剂,在染料废水处理方面有较好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The decolorization of cation blue X-GRRL dye wastewater with CaO2 was studied, and the effects of various factors on the decolorization rate of the dye were investigated. The results show that the appropriate conditions are as follows[CaO2]=150 mg/L,[FeSO4·7H2O]=150 mg/L,t=60 min, pH=23, unilluminated by UV when the initial concentration of the dye is 25 mg/L. Under these conditions, the decolorization rate can reach about 100%. Therefore, CaO2 is an effective, economical, safe, nontoxic, environmental benign water treatment reagent. The reaction mechanism was discussed through the analysis of the abosrbency curves obtained.
