【Abstract】 Two methods to synthesize 2 chloro 4 amino pyridine were compared to get better conditions.It could be prepared through acetylation,oxidation,hydrolysis,diazotization,chlorination,nitrification and reduction,the general yield was 64.7%(literature,32.2%).The optimum processing conditions were obtained.更多还原
