双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯法合成L-聚谷氨酸苄酯
Synthesis of poly γ-benzyl-L-glutamate by bis (trichloromethyl) carbonate
【摘要】 通过L 谷氨酸和苄醇反应制得L 谷氨酸苄酯 ,再和活性试剂双 (三氯甲基 )碳酸酯反应得到L 谷氨酸苄酯的N 羧酸酐 ,最后由三乙胺引发聚合得L 聚谷氨酸苄酯。和传统的光气法制备L 聚谷氨酸苄酯比较 ,该方法具有可定量、安全、方便、污染小等特点
【Abstract】 Benzyl L glutamate was first synthesized by glutamic acid with benzyl alcohol,and reacted with bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate(BTC) to obtain N carboxyl anhydride(NCA);then poly( γ benzyl L glutamate)(PBLG) was prepared by polymerization of the NCA initiated by triethylamine;The synthesis method was simple and safe and had little pollution to the atmosphene.
