C2-对称手性双氨基醇的新合成方法
New approach to C2-symmetric chiral bisaminoalcohol
【摘要】 L 脯氨酸经 3步反应制得手性氨基醇 ( 2S) (二苯基羟甲基 )四氢吡咯。后者与邻 二 (溴甲基 )苯反应合成了C2 对称手性双氨基醇邻双 [( 2S) (二苯基羟甲基 )四氢吡咯 1 甲基 ]苯。此合成方法的优点是路线短 ,操作方便。
【Abstract】 From L-proline was prepared the chiral aminoalcohol (2S)-(diphenylhydroxymethyl)tetrahydropyrrole via a three-step procedure.Reacting this chiral aminoalcohol with o-bis(bromomethyl)-benzene and triethylamine in anhydrous THF gave the C 2-symmetric chiral bisaminoalcohol o-bis[(2S)-(diphenylhydroxymethyl)tetrahydropyrrole-1-yl-methyl]benzene in 37.7% yield.The advantages of this method over previously reported method are the short route and convenient procedure.
