【摘要】 以聊城天香酿造股份有限公司工业锅炉清洗为例,针对锅炉使用情况,受热面结垢主要成分为磷酸盐、碳酸盐腐蚀物,提出HEPA+DTPMPA+HPMA+HCOOH的螯合清洗方法及工艺流程,取得良好效果,除垢率98%以上。

【Abstract】 In the cleaning of industry boiler in Liaocheng Tianxiang brewage Ltd., It was found that thescale in heated side was mainly composed of phosphate and carbonate. So a new cleaning way with chelateagent of HEPA+DTPMPA+HPMA+HCOOH was put forward. It was showed that the cleaning effect wasvery good and the remove scale rate could exceed 98%.
