【Abstract】 The physicochemical properties of alcohol fuels and their effects on performance and pollutant emissions at SI engines were introduced. In addition, major problems for the successful application of gasoline alcohol mixtures as a fuel in SI engines were also analyzed. Using alcohol fuels, the engine power and thermal efficiency increased; the specific energy consumption decreased and the CO and UHC emissions decreased dramatically.更多还原
