【Abstract】 The concept of solid-phase synthesis has been realized by more and more chemists. The linker plays a crucial role in solid-phase synthesis. Many efforts have been done on the development of new linkers. The organosilyl linkers which have been developed for more than 20 years are according with conditions of ideal linkers and have the potential for development in the future. This paper with 29 references reviewed the design, synthesis and applications of organosilyl linkers in solid phase synthesis within 26 years.更多还原
