新型水溶性环氧灌浆材料的制备

【摘要】 通过环氧树脂与衣康酸(IA)进行酯化反应,引入强亲水性基团—COOH,从而使环氧树脂水性化,同时在分子两端引入了不饱和双键,使用水溶性氧化还原引发体系,制备了一种新型的水溶性环氧灌浆材料。研究了单体配比、反应温度、催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量和溶剂用量等因素对反应结果的影响,确定合成水溶性衣康酸环氧酯树脂的最优条件,并用红外光谱证实了酯化物的结构,对浆材的一些性能进行了测定。最后,比较了水性环氧浆材和目前常用的防渗堵漏浆材的性能。

【Abstract】 A new type of water-soluble epoxy grouting material was prepared by way of esterification reaction of bisphenol.An epoxy resin and itaconic acid(IA) with introduction of strong hydrophilic group —COOH and introduction of unsaturateddouble bonds at both ends of molecular chain which could be cured by water-soluble initiator for oxidation and reduction.Effects of monomer proportion, reaction temperature, catalyst content, inhibitor content and solvent content on reaction wereinvestigated to determine the most suitable conditions for synthesis of water-soluble epoxy itaconate resin. Structure of theesterified product was verified with FT-IR. Some properties of the grouting material were tested and compared with those ofseepproof water-stop grouting materials in popular use currently.
